Dre
Dre joined us with a fashion and modeling background. Her eye for detail and impeccable style makes her a favorite especially amongst women doing a multi-piece curation.
Born and raised in Long Beach, CA, Dre started modeling professionally at the age of thirteen and went on to work in multiple fashion houses in LA. She made a name for herself as a cover model for Inked Magazine.
Dre utilizes her education as a licensed esthetician in her current field as a body piercer. She is one of the fastest graduates to come out of our apprentice program and now acts as a junior piercer and curator for the gallery. Dave
Dave Gillstrap is a senior piercer in the studio and has an impressive record in the industry. Dave came up in the Bay Area where alternative jewelry was still very much a niche field back in the 80s and 90s. He has damn near seen it all.
Dave loves unique anatomy and never shies away from a challenge. He thrives in finding unique pieces that fit the space and the client's taste, providing an eye for balance as well as a deep understanding of the physiology behind his craft. He joined Laguna Gold after moving to Southern California from Seattle and is loving the change of weather as well as the refined vibe within our studio.
